Information about personal data processed for enquiries, bookings, guest stays and reviews.

2. Data and purposes
We process enquiry and booking details such as name, email, stay dates, number and ages of guests and optional messages. For confirmed stays we may also process phone, address, payment details, booking communication and guest identification data required by Croatian accommodation-registration rules. For reviews we process the displayed name, rating, comment and publication consent.
The legal bases are steps requested before entering a contract, performance of the accommodation contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and legal claims, and consent for publishing reviews.
3. Recipients and retention
Data is shared only where necessary with hosting and email providers, banks, accounting or operational service providers and competent public authorities. We do not sell personal data. Data is kept only for the period needed for the relevant purpose and any mandatory legal retention period.
4. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Send requests to rezervacie@apartmanaimi.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
